兰州交通大学 生物工程课程设计 题目:L-乳酸发酵车间工艺设计 院(系)别 业 生物工程 班 级 生工1201班 学 号 姓 名 高锐 指导教师 蔡亚东 二○一四年七月 摘 要 L-乳酸是一种极具发展潜力的精细化学品,具有广泛的用途。本设计是以发酵法生产L-乳酸发酵车间的工艺设计,以薯干为原料,对其进行直接粉碎、调浆、液化,然后进行液体深层发酵,以钙盐法提取,最后结晶、干燥得到L-乳酸。其中发酵培养接种量为5%,发酵时间为14h,每升发酵液可以纯化得到L-乳酸产品120g。年操作日300天。发酵罐高4m,直径2m,通气搅拌功率为20.51kW;种子罐高1.4m,直径0.7m,轴功率为3.36kW。本设计总计投资1860万元,预计年销售额5832万元,生产总费用4228.9万元,固定成本217.2万元,最后所得年利润为1385.9万元。本设计以工艺设计为主线,以工艺流程为顺序,画出流程图与设计图,最终设计出年产10000吨的L-乳酸发酵车间。 关键词: L-乳酸 发酵车间 工艺设计 工艺计算 Abstract L-lactic acid is a kind of fine chemicals with great potential for development, which have extensive uses. The design focuses on the fermentation workshop process design of producing L-lactic with fermentation method. In this design, raw material are sweet potatoes, and the production processes is direct smashing, conditioning and liquefying, using the gas-liquid submerged fermentation, extracting with the method of precipitation by calcium salt, and finally producing L-lactic acid through crystallizing and desiccating. The fermentation inoculum is 5%, fermentation time is 14 hours, per liter of fermentation liquid can be purified and produce 120g L-lactic acid, yearly operation time is 300 days. Fermentation tank is 4 meters high, diameter is 2 meters, aeration and agitation power is 20.51kW; and seed tank is 1.4meters high, diameter is 0.7 meters, shaft power is 3.36kW. The design has a total investment of 18.6 million yuan, expected annual sales is 58.32 million yuan, the total cost is 42.289 million yuan, fixed costs is 2.172 million yuan, and the annual profit is 13.859 million yuan. The design introduces the design and calculation process of the entire production process and equipment in detail, and introduces the properties, uses and the production situation at home and abroad of L- lactic acid at the same time.
