化学化工学院 药物化学课程结业论文 血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂的 研究现状与进展 姓 名： 班 级： 学 号： 时 间：2014年12月16日 [摘要] 随着社会经济的快速增长，人民生活水平的提高和人口老龄化进程的加快，人们的生活方式和饮食结构发生了巨大的改变，影响并改变着人类的疾病谱和死因谱。慢性非传染性疾病严重地影响了人民群众的身心健康，已构成世界性的公共卫生问题。2004年卫生部统计资料表明，我国城市人口心脑血管疾病居死亡原因之首，而高血压是其总死亡的第一危险因素。近半个世纪我国高血压患病率上升迅速，据2002年的调查统计，我国18岁以上居民高血压患病率为18.8%，患病人数约1.6亿［1］。因此，早期发现、早期治疗是提高高血压病治疗率和控制率的关键，是提高生命质量、延长寿命的有效途径。本文通过对辖区居民的入户调查登记和发放调查问卷的结果进行分析，指出在社区中提高居民对高血压病的认识，提高居民的健康素质，加强医疗机构对高血压病的管理和治疗，可有效降低高血压病的发病率和死亡率。 关键字：高血压病、医药研发 abstract With the rapid growth of social economy, improve peoples living standards and accelerate the aging population, peoples lifestyle and diet has undergone tremendous change, influence and change the spectrum of human disease spectrum and cause of death. NCD has seriously affected the peoples physical and mental health, constitutes a public health problem worldwide. 2004 Ministry of Health statistics show that the first cause of death of the urban population living cardiovascular disease, and hypertension is the first risk factor for total mortality. Nearly half a century, the rapid rise in the prevalence of hypertension in China, according to the 2002 survey, 18 residents over the age of prevalence of hypertension was 18.8%, the number of patients of about 160 million [1]. Therefore, early detection and early treatment is the key to improve disease treatment and control rates of hypertension, is to improve the quality of life, an effective way to extend the life. Based on the household survey questionnaire registration and issuance of area residents to analyze the results, pointing out that the residents of hypertension raise awareness in the community, improve the health of residents, medical institutions to strengthen the management and treatment of hypertension, hypertension can effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality.
