Beijing Research Center for Intelligent Agricultural Equipment, Beijing 100097, China Abstract Along with the popularization and application of the development of information technology and computer, the application of information technology in agricultural production in the future will be the important direction of agricultural development. In this paper, study on cotton field management in Xinjiang by remote sensing technique with the non-destructive testing technology and wireless sensor technology. The results show that remote sensing has very good correlation in cotton yield assessment, crop 2 growth, using the NDVI time series similarity estimation of cotton with high analysis accuracy, R =0.82, which is simple, suitable for application. SPAD meter was correlated with the nitrogen content in cotton leaves, flowering period of cotton leaf chlorophyll 2 relative content of SPAD R =0.6135. Soil moisture wireless sensor network can change the soil moisture good monitoring; provide the basis for decision-making of irrigation.
