摘 要 众所周知随着社会的发展，我国加工工业发展迅速。塑料制品在工业、农业、军事领域得到广泛的应用。塑料制品的生产研究与开发应用受到了工业的普遍重视，因此注塑模具的设计、制造技术也随之不断提高。为此对塑料制品的设计水平的要求也越来越高。注塑模具是在模具中注射熔融塑料并冷却成型出塑料制品的一种模具。注塑模具的设计是在传统模具的设计与制造的基础上进行的，按照注塑模具的设计流程对注塑模具进行深入地学习研究，进而加强对模具知识的了解和机械产品的设计能力。在注塑模具设计的过程中，不仅要研究设计出的产品是否能生产出合格的塑料制品—塑料口杯盖，同时也要注意降低成本费用和模具生产加工中的实用性、合理性，所以在设计的过程中不仅要正确地应用理论知识，同时也要注重理论与实际加工中的差异，以便于在实际生产中的加工制造，并降低制造费用，提高经济效益。因此只有通过深入的研究才能设计出符合实际要求的注塑模具。 关键词：塑料口杯盖、注塑、成型、模具、设计 ABSTRACT As we all known, with the development of society, Chinas processing industry is developing rapidly.
