毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 涤纶三维立体卷曲中空纤维，特定性能与风格，蓬松性保暖暖性透气性，产品压力保形性好，防结变形，质量轻盈，抗拉性强，耐水洗，不怕虫蛀，防霉防潮特别适合冬装、被褥和衬垫用絮片。本课题通过针刺非织造加工工艺路线，以为原料，改变原料混纺比、针刺密度针刺深度、针刺深度等工艺参数，设计开发不同成分、不同工艺的涤纶三维立体卷曲中空纤维实验，涤纶三维立体卷曲中空纤维加工工艺为系统研究涤纶三维立体卷曲中空纤维提供依据。 关键词：涤纶三维立体卷曲中空纤维 ABSTRACT Pet three-dimensional crimp hollow fiber, as a kind of has a specific performance and style of the younger generation, because of its good fluffy and warm warm air permeability, the prepared product pressure resistance conformality, preventing deformation, light in weight, tensile strength, washable, not afraid of insects, mildew proof. Particularly suitable for the production of clothing, bedding and liner for wadding etc.. This issue through the design of needle-punched nonwoven process route and parameters, two kinds of polyester three-dimensional 6.7D and 16.7D crimp hollow fiber as raw material, by changing the blending ratio, needling density, pre-needling machine needling depth, inverted needle machine needling depth and other parameters, the successful design and development of different compositions and processes three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester fiber wadding. Through comparative analysis of a series of performance tests of the experimental data obtained optimal parameters dimensional crimp hollow polyester fiber wadding processes. Comprehensive study of the system three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester fiber wadding provides a scientific and effective basis. However, in actual production, the fabric must be based on the requirements of the end use and power, choose a suitable non-woven processing, and weight, thickness, and needling density and depth specifications, in order to meet the needs.
