“花都海”轮主机拉缸事故分析 [摘要] 以“花都海”轮主机多次发生拉缸事故为例，通过船舶柴油机“拉缸”故障的现，对船舶柴油机运行中出现的活塞拉缸现象进行检查和系统分析，得出存在问题的一般规律以及主要原因，同时指出了主机选用和使用燃油不当是当前引起拉缸事故的重要原因之一。结合拉缸事故发生的原因提出了主机出现拉缸后正确诊断和处理故障的方法，还提出了使用劣质燃油后要采取改善燃烧条件、适当加大喷油提前角、改善部分负荷运行时气缸的热状态以及把握好重油的预热温度等防止主机拉缸的有效措施，以提高船舶主机运行的可靠性。 [关键词] 柴油机；拉缸；原因；防范 The Analysis of The Drawing Cylinder in The Main Engine on The “Hua Du Hai” [Abstract] To host a round of the cylinder score fault on the “hua du hai” as an example,through the inspection and analysis of the multi-time drawing accidents in cylinder on board a ship, problems come to the general rules as well as major reasons, it’s also found that the main causes of the accidents are the improper choice of main engine and the bad application of the fuel oil. Combination of the reasons of the accident of the cylinder, it appeared the right diagnosis and treatment methods, but also made use of low-grade fuel oil,it’s should improve the burning conditions, increase the fuel injection advance angle appropriate, improve the thermal state of the cylinder when the part load operation, as well as a good grasp of the preheating temperature of heavy oil to prevent the cylinder score fault, it’s effective measures to enhance the reliability of operation of the main engine.
