* Now, let me first talk about one of our two pillars in LPS, that is Virtual Factory- a multi-plant management system. The core significance of this system is one-team, one-voice and one-vision. The realization of it is through joint organization, joint management system, resource sharing and best known method copying. * To be more specific, we have established joint management teams across all our manufacturing facilities. We have internal desktop manufacturing management team, Joint operation team, joint quality engineering team, joint administrative team, the team members of all these teams is not only from one plant, but across all plants, and the leader of these teams are current plant head. For instance, we have joint operation management team to monitor, provide guidelines, support and control not only one plant performance in administration operation but also all other plants with that regard. The team, through periodical scrutiny and comparisons, is able to concur in the best practice that leads to best performance in that area and drive to its popularization and standardization among other plants. (Delete) * Thirdly, VF constantly signifies resource sharing. It enhances cost reduction, flexibility, knowledge exchange and culture integration. An example of this is SZP HYP sharing operators during manufacturing peaks. In the situation where the peak for one plant is a relative valley of the other, it is necessary for resources re-allocation. VF just did that and did it very successfully. For this case, from Mar. 2006, Total 10 times, around 20 days, 400 person time operators sharing between HYP SZP till now! * Secondly, we have established joint management system, The objective of this system is to avoid recreating wheels and to unify all performance matrix, operation processes and project management, to align to our company’s strategic goals and requirements.
