Party B shall work according to the teaching schedule offered by Party A and cannot make any change without Party A’s consent. 2). Party B shall adopt teaching methods welcomed by students and collect students’ suggestion about teaching and make rectification. 4). Party B shall be strict with students. Party B shall assign homework and correct them, coach students and answer the questions they asked after class. 5). Party B shall supervise students in reviewing and preparing for quiz or examination and grade students’ papers according to Party A’s requirement. 6). Party B shall work according to the time-table of Party A’s and without any reason Party B shall be not allowed to cut class, be late for class or finish class earlier. 2. Party B shall assist Party A to organize activities related to English teaching, such as Oral English Training, English contest, etc. 3.
