唐 山 学 院 毕 业 设 计 设计题目：矿渣水泥生产线自动控制系统设计 系 别： 机电工程系 班 级： 姓　 　名： 指 导 教 师： 王天杰 2011年06月5 日基于PLC的矿渣水泥生产线自动控制系统 摘 要 矿渣水泥又称作矿渣硅酸盐水泥，它是生产过程是利用水泥熟料与粉磨后的矿渣按照工艺要求进行配比混合，制造出来的高性能的成品水泥。随着现代工业的发展以及各国对资源循环利用的要求，生产低成本、高性能的水泥迫在眉睫。 随着计算机技术和PLC技术的飞速发展，以及国内外的组态软件不断完善，矿渣水泥生产线自动控制系统也在不断改进。PLC控制正在成为工业控制领域的首要选择。它可以用于各种规模的工业控制场合，在各个领域都发挥着巨大的作用。组态王监控组态软件是面向生产过程集监控与数据采集为一体的软件平台工具，利用人机图形界面可以把PLC与组态王软件的完美组合，通过组态软件完成对PLC及其它智能设备的I/O 数据进行监控。这种控制系统由于极高的可靠性，强大的功能以及其低廉的价格受到越来越广泛的应用。本文着重介绍利用PLC及组态王监控组态软件来实现矿渣水泥生产线的自动控制。 首先根据矿渣水泥生产线工艺流程及技术要求，确定具体的控制方案。阐述了控制系统要实现得主要功能、控制回路设计、硬件的选择以及软件的设计。其中主要包括PLC机型的选择、低压电气元件的选择、I/O端口的分配、电气原理图的绘制、电气接线图的绘制、PLC梯形图程序的设计等。并用组态软件完成组态演示。本次设计利用S7-300系列PLC和组态王6.53软件设计整个控制系统，来实现对矿渣水泥生产线全部动作的控制和计算机动态显示。 关键字：矿渣水泥 控制系统 PLC 组态软件 The control system of slag cement production line based on PLC Abstract The process of slag cement production is using cement clinker grinding and slag in accordance with the requirements for mixing ratio, to create cement products with high performance.With the development of modern industry and the requirements of the circular economy development in each country , to create production of low cost, high performance of slag cement is imminent.
