The entrepreneurial universities aim at improving national competitiveness , productivity and the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of the country and nationality , and developing the national and regional economy. The ”social ser vices ”of entrepreneurial universities reconstruct and promote the form and content of the third function of universities , and rebuild the spirit and feature of traditional research universities.
