Abstract:Inordertocarryoutcomprehensivedecision-making
ofmulti-classsharedparkingmeasureswithinaregion,abi
levelmodelassistingdecision-makingisproposed.Theupper
levelselectsparkersaveragesatisfactionandtheviolationrate
duringpeakhoursasindicesinobjectfunction, andsets
probabilitydistributionmodelsdescribingdynamicparking
demandofeachsite,thefeasibilityofsharedparkingscenarios
andoccupancyrequirementsduringpeakhoursofeachparking
lotasrestrictions.Thesimulationmodelinthelowerlevelsets
uprulestoassigneachparkerintherandomparkingdemand
seriestotheproperparkinglot.Aniterativemethodisproposed
toconfirmthestateofeachparkinglotatthestartofformal
simulations.Besides, twopatternslinkinginitializationand
formalsimulationarepresentedtoacquiremultiplesolutions.
Theresultsofthenumericalexamplesindicatetheeffectiveness
ofthemodelandsolutionmethods.
