The holog aphic inte fe ence f inge is used instead of p ojected f inge. Meanwhile, phase shifting technique is used to calculate the phase of the f inge and the w apped phase dist ibution of the holog aphic f inge is p oduced. Then the unw apping p ocess will be made by means of the height obtained based on the least squa e of the p ojected f inge. Thus, phase measu ement can be obtained with highe p ecision. Finally, the 3D shape data can be p oduced acco ding to geomet ic elationship between phase and the obj ect height .
