Appl. Sci., C(C): CC-CC, 2010 . ABSTRACT Clobetasol propionate is a topical corticosteroid used mainly in plaque-type psoriasis. Preparations of both cream and ointment form of the drug are used in Bangladesh. These preparations are kept in the drug stores of Bangladesh, which lack proper conditions for maintaining temperature and humidity, thus making the preparations susceptible to degradation. A comparative real time stability study between a cream and an ointment formulation stored in drug stores of Bangladesh was done over 2 years. Th
