As you know, Target?will use the?new Factory Evaluation Process and Standards to conduct the FE from now on,?but both Target auditors and we recognized that the Target new FE standard had big changed in many areas, it is more difficult than before to get a pass audit result (71 Points without Auto-Fail item means pass), please pay more attention to below:? 如你所知，由现在起Target将会使用新的工厂评估流程和标准来执行FE审核，但所有Target审核员和我们自己都认为Target新的FE标准在非常多的方面发生了变化，工厂将更加困难取得合格的审核结果（71分以上并没有自动不符合项视为合格）， 请留意下述： ? 1, Target auditor will random select 20 pieces product to conduct quality inspection at new factory during FE audit, and if 3 and up defects (neither Major nor minor) found out of the selected 20 pieces samples, this factory FE result will be fail since it is Auto-Fail item;? (This point was exempted for current Target factory) Target审核员将在执行新工厂的FE审核时随机在工厂抽取20个产品以检验产品的质量，如果该20个产品中被发现有3个或以上的产品被发现有质量缺陷（无论严重缺陷还是轻微缺陷），该次工厂的FE审核将被判为不合格因为这个问题点是自动不符合项；（该条问题点不适用于Target现有工厂或年审工厂） ? 2, Target auditor will evaluate Social Compliance and C-TPAT sections during the new FE audit, especially the auditor will verify working hours system is in good condition to ensure worker must punch time card or scan ID card to record the daily working hours, Target dont accept factory to?write?down?employees daily working hours by hand; and this point?is Auto-Fail item, that means factory must establish computerzied attendance system or install Punch Time clock?in place and all workers must punch time card or scan ID card to record the daily working hours completely and accurately.
