We present a new technique for observing the strangelet production in quark matter based on unlike particle correlations. Motivation It has been speculated that the observation of strange quark matter droplets might be an unambiguous way to follow up the transient existence of a quark gluon plasma (QGP) expected to be created in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions. Due to the Pauli principle, replacing several up and down quarks (u,d) by strang
