The filling and cooling analysis of the plastic part during plastic injection molding(PIM) were performed. The weld line and cavitation of the part during PIM were also predicted by the established FE simulation model. As one of the most important evaluation index for the quality of plastic part ， warpage was taken into consideration. Warpage of the B-column decorative board was decreased by optimizing the packing pressure during PIM and the geometric precision of the plastic parts was improved.
