电晕反应器论文:溶液吸收结合脉冲电晕处理有机废气研究 【中文摘要】论文采用溶液吸收和高压脉冲电晕放电组合对含三乙胺、甲醛等有机废气的去除效果进行了实验研究。电晕反应器为线―筒式结构,吸收液为水溶液,有机废气先经吸收,后通过气提再进行电晕放电分解。实验考察峰值电压、载气成分和水分等因素对去除率的影响。实验表明:加大峰值电压,增加氧气的体积分数有利于有机废气的分解。当通气量在300 mL/min,氧气体积分数为25%,三乙胺气体质量浓度约为4.42×104 mg/m3,脉冲电压为15 kV,频率为50 Hz,去除率可达到65%以上;甲醛气体质量浓度约为11 mg/m3,脉冲电压为17.5 kV,频率为50 Hz,去除率最高可达到45%以上。通过产物的分析,发现其最终分解主要产物为CO,CO2和H2O。实验还发现载气为氩气和氮气情况下的处理效果相似,但在氩气中功率消耗大。在载气为氮气时,其中加入氧气,当氧气体积分数从10%增加到25%时,两种有机废气的最高处理效率提升了30%左右。三乙胺废气水吸收结合吹脱气电晕放电分解工业模拟实验研究。表明:这个过程能有效地去除三乙胺废气。可进一步优化操作参数,改进反应装置及其与高压放电装置之间的匹配,实现更好的去除效果。 【英文摘要】This paper investigated the removal of volatile compounds(VOCs) such as triethylamine (TEA) and formaldehyde by aqueous absorption combined with pulsed corona. The experiments were carried out by a wire-in-plate pulsed corona reactor and using aqueous solution as the absorbent. VOC was stripped from the solution after absorption, and then the stripped gas was fed into the pulsed corona reactor. The influences of operation parameters like pulse voltage, gas conposition and water vapor on the removal of pollutants were investigated. Experimental result showed that the decomposition of TEA increased with the increase of peak voltage of the power as well as the oxygen concentration in the sample gas. The removal of triethylamine was about 65% when the initial concentration of triethylamine is about 4.42?04 mg/m3 with an opration condition of pulse frequency 50 Hz and peak voltage 15 kV. The removal of triethylamine was about 45% when the concentration of formaldehyde is about 11 mg/m 3, pulse frequency 50 Hz and peak voltage 17.5 kV. The decomposition products were analyzed. It was found that the main products from the decompositions were CO,CO2 and H2O. Experimental result also shows that the removal of VOCs in the argon and nitrogen was alsome the same, but more power needed in the argon gas. When the oxygen volume fraction changed from 10% to 30%, the removal of VOCs increased about 30%.Experimental system of aqueous absorption combined
