Ltd. , Shenzhen, Guangdong 5 18040, Ch ina ) Abstract:ObjectiveTo optim ize the supercritica-l CO2 ex traction p rocedure ofF ructus cnid ii, and analyze the components of ex tracts. M ethodsThe effecting factors of ex traction proce ss including the ex traction pre ssure, tem perature, ex traction tmi e and the particle size w ere inve stigated by single factor m ethod. GC-M S was used to identify the chem ical compositions. Results The op tmi um ex traction cond itions were as follow ing:40 m u of the particle size, 25 MPa of ex traction p ressure, 6 hours of ex traction at 50 ℃. A total of 26 compounds w ere sparated and 15 of them were identified. The iden tified com pounds accoun ted for m ore than 64. 02% of the total g asified com pounds.
