毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目 智能建筑发展路径研究 姓 名 学 号 所在学院 专业班级 指导教师 日 期 2012年 4月19日 摘要 随着计算机技术和通讯技术的高速发展,特别是近年来Internet的飞速发展,以及物联网技术的大范围延伸应用，人们对居家的要求已不仅仅是空间的大小和环境的优美,而是对生活的安全性、舒适性、通讯方式、信息服务和家庭智能化等方面提出了更高的要求。智慧建筑是信息时代的必然产物,是运用计算机技术、通讯网络技术和自动化技术将住宅建筑内的机电监控系统、管理服务系统、通讯网络、综合布线系统和家庭自动化系统统一起来,提供给人们一个安全、舒适的生活、学习与工作环境空间。 智慧建筑是当代技术的必然产物，尤其是上世纪末信息科学技术的发展，成为智慧建筑产生与发展的重要支柱，而本世纪初的物联网等技术的发展更促进了智慧建筑的迅猛发展。建筑业从未经历过象今天这样的重大冲击，可以预见智慧建筑将成为建筑革命的先声，成为21世纪的重要产业部门，并进而带动其它行业的发展，乃至成为一个国家科学技术与文化发展水平的重要标志。也是未来建筑的重要标志。 关键词：智慧建筑 技术 发展路径 I Abstract This article is based the technical background of the wisdom of building on a modern intelligent building should reflect the concept of smart, environmental protection, energy saving, green, making our living environment has become increasingly environmentally friendly, but also let us have a more comfortable living environment.
