电沉积制备及其腐蚀与力学性能 为了研究电子给体材料的相态与光伏性能的关系，给体-受体型齐聚噻吩衍生物，5,5″-二氰基-2,2′:5′,2″-三噻吩（3T-2CN）和5,5″′-二氰基-2,2′:5′,2″:5″,2″′-四噻吩（4T-2CN）被合成。 偏光显微镜观察的结果发现，3T-2CN和4T-2CN具有液晶性质。分别用3T-2CN和4T-2CN作为电子给体材料，3,4,9,10-二萘嵌苯四甲酸二酐（PTCDA）作为电子受体材料，采用真空蒸镀的方法加工了有机光伏器件。 由于3T-2CN和4T-2CN具有液晶性质，因此其在真空蒸镀成膜时，所形成的膜具有较好的分子取向，有利于激子的分离和电荷的迁移，可以提高有机光伏器件的短路电流和光电转换效率。 针对电镀锌用导电辊长期被国外进口技术所垄断及传统导电辊工作层制备方法存在的局限性，提出利用电沉积方法在导电辊基体表面直接获得结合性良好、无任何组织缺陷和微观冶金缺陷的Ni基非晶镀层。 从电沉积工艺出发，以电沉积效率、镀层成分和镀层的耐蚀性等作为主要考察指标，获得了工艺参数对各项指标的影响规律，进而确定最佳的电沉积工艺。考察了Ni-P合金镀层中不同P含量对合金形貌、组织结构、硬度及耐蚀性的影响。随Ni-P合金中P含量的提高，合金的硬度先提高后降低，耐蚀性逐渐增加。 End LOGO Page ? * LOGO * With the use of this free diagram you accept the following use and license conditions.
