R.K.ROWLAND FENCING (2002) LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) Interim Report (1) LIQUIDATOR’S INTERIM REPORT On the Conduct of the Liquidation of R.K. ROWLAND FENCING (2002) LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION) INTERIM REPORT (1) GENERAL: (a) As noted in our First Report, dated 18 April 2007, there were a number of items of plant and machinery to be sold in this liquidation. Our agent in Southland is attending to the realisation of these items. Many are of a specialised nature with a limited market. He is continuing with his efforts to obtain the best return from these sales. (b) The company’s bank holds a general security agreement over the assets of the company and we will account to them upon realisation. (c) Once the sale of assets has been finalised and the funds distributed in terms of the securities, we will review all company trading information and consider whether there are any actions available in the liquidation process for the benefit of the company’s creditors. (d) Creditors will be kept appraised of any developments in this regard.
