Abstract :With the reform and opening up and the e onomy onstru tion ontinue developing, the quality of a

the healthy operation of so ial e onomi order. The professional moralities onstru tion of a ountants is paid attention
to by the wide range of so ial. From the basi theory of professional moralities of a ountants, analyzes the main
problem that professional moralities onstru tion of a ountants fa ed in the new situations, and provides some
thoughts on strengthening the professional moralities of a ountants.
