摘要 塑料注射成型所用的模具称为注射成型模具，简称注射模。注射模的特点是模具先由注射机合模机构闭合紧密，然后由注射装置将高温高压的塑料熔体注入模腔内，经冷却或固化定型后，开模取出塑件。注射模能一次成型出外形复杂、尺寸精度高或带有嵌件的塑料制件。 本文详细说明了卡座塑料件的模具设计过程，对卡座的注射成型进行了可行性分析，充分考虑了浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模机构等对卡座塑料件注射成型的影响，避免注射过程中形成的缺陷。 本文重点解决了在浇注时选择合适的分流道和进料形式来保证一定的注塑效率和改善熔体流动状态及缩短浇口的冷却时间。本文对卡座进行了注塑模具设计和零件设计，集中阐述了模具结构的工作过程。 运用AutoCAD、UG等软件进行辅助设计和三维建模研究，并对卡座生产成本核算方法进行说明，为类似塑件的鼻梁生产提供生产参考依据。 关键字：注塑；卡座；模具设计；生产 Abstract The mould used in the plastic injection molding is called molding mould, referred to as injection mold. The mould is closed tight by injection machine, then the plastic melt under high pressures and temperature is injection into mold cavity by the injecting equipment, finally open the mould and take out the molded pieces after the plastic melt’s refrigeration and solidify. These above are the traits of injection mold. The injection mold can prepare plastic production with complex figuration, high dimension precision as well as other appendix. This paper elaborates on the plastic mould designing course of the cassette. The feasibility of injection molding has been analyzed, taking into account of the influence coursed by injection system, refrigeration system and Demoulding Mechanism avoiding disfigurements formed in the course of injection. Choose appropriate shunt and injection format to ensure certain injecting efficiency, improve melt’s flowing state and shorten refrigeration time of Gate. Molding mould design and accessory design have been carried through for cassette, expatiating on the engineering course of mould’s structure. AutoCAD and UG soft wares were used carrying on the assistance design and the there-dimension modeling research. The paper shows how to calculate the cost of cassette mold design, and provides the reference for the similar production mold design.
