Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design of the injection mould for the fixed frame steam pipe, process and injection molding process molding plastics, but also on the injection molding machine are introduced. The main injection mold design process are: process analysis of plastic products, to determine the number of cavity, the structure design and the selection of injection molding machine and mold. The structural design of mold include: the design of gating system, forming part design, design oriented mechanism, side parting mechanism design, demoulding mechanism design, cooling system design and exhaust system design. This design is a mold two cavity mold. Due to the special shape, can not be directly release, need to set up the side parting mechanism, the die is divided by the side of the oblique guide pillar, all part of part in mould design and calculation. This paper presents the design process in detail and assembly drawings.
