Pro/e 2 41 Title Design and Simulation for Waste Food Disposal System Abstract With the improvement of economy and living condition, food garbage has taken a important position of waste in the city, a lots accumulated waste takes large land and influence the living environment and peoples health. According to the characters of food garbage, the paper designs a waste food disposal system for the kitchen in our country. The cutters and the motor are crucial parts of the waste food disposal system, the situation of these parts directly affect the using effects and working life of the waste food disposal system, so the paper mainly discusses these parts. At first, though analyzing the service load and calculating the flow resistance and solid resistance, by experiment, we choose 1Cr13 to be the material of the cutters, and then design the structure of the knife dish. Drive motor design must meet movement characteristics; its function affects the waste food disposal system’s quality. And then draw the stereogram. The purpose of this design is to make it suitable for Chinas food structure characteristics and housing characteristics, and reduce the cost of production and use.
