Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics Research has shown that all human beings involved in a study exhibited brain activities during their sleep. But we have no ways to know the extent and nature of their dreams Research has revealed that those people who are prevented from entering the dream state or woke up before they dream are more easily irritated, nervous, and perform far below average. One who can always remember his dreams is healthier than others who don’t. Why do we have dreams One theory suggests that dreams serve as a means for cleaning and release. The other theory says that dreaming is a biologically necessary aspect of sleep. Our dreams often come from our daily life. “One dreams at night what one thinks in the day.”(日有所思，夜有所梦） Since dream is the inflection of the reality, it may help one to solve some problems . Sometimes “inspirations come into dreams.” Can dreams predict the future Can dreams predict the future There is no scientific proof that dreams can predict and foretell the future. Two explanations we have already known what is going to happen in our “unconscious mind” and it appears as if the dream has predicted the future. such dreams are mere coincidences or the faulty memory of the dreamers.
