Abstract:As a quantitative analysis method of fuzzy phenomena,fuzzy mathematics was widly applicated in many fields.By means of GIS,the
method was elucidated in the comprehensive evaluation soil fertility.Taking the sample points data in Anqing City for example, soil fertility multi-
index evaluationmodelwasfounded including eight indexes like soil organicmatter,total nitrogen,pH valueand so on ,to evaluatethecomprehensive
level and space distribution of the soil in Anqing City.The conclusion showedthat fuzzy mathematics methodwas simple andfeasible inmulti- index
evaluation of thesoil fertlilty.
