成庄矿东一采区通风设计与安全技术措施 【摘 要】：本设计的井田北至大阳井田南界，南以纬线3941500为界，东以煤层露头及小窑为界，西以经线51500为界，基本构造形态为一单斜，近东西走向，向南倾斜，倾角4°～21°，一般小于10°，井田东西走向长10km，南北倾斜宽5.5km，面积55km2。在此单斜基础上发育次一级的宽缓褶曲和一些短轴褶曲。较大的褶曲为位于井田西北部的大南沟背斜和蔡庄向斜以及井田东部的草沟背斜。井田内断层稀少，没有岩浆岩侵入的影响。综观井田构造应属于简单类略偏中等。 沼气和二氧化碳含量相对不高，涌水量也不大。根据实际的地质资料情况进行井田开拓和采区通风的初步设计，该矿井决定采用双斜井单水平开拓方式，设计采用人工假顶分层开采，大采高综采，薄煤层单一走向长壁采煤法。并对矿井运输、矿井提升、矿井排水和矿井通风等各个生产系统的设备选型计算，以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求，完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化，采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验，实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。 【关键词】：立井、倾斜长壁、一次采全高、综合机械化、高产高效 ventilation design and safety technical measures in the first east minery of Chengzhuang village 【Abstract】：This design of the north to the southern boundary of a solar field, mining field south latitude 3941500 as the boundary, the east small kiln in the outcrop of coal seam and the world, west longitude 51500 as the boundary, the basic form is a monoclinal structure, nearly east-west direction, inclined to the south, 4 ° ~ 21 ° inclination, generally less than 10 °, means something to 10 km long, the tilt 5.5 km wide, covers an area of 55 km2.
