斜齿轮的实体建模及数控加工仿真
摘要
斜齿轮是一种通用的传动,有特殊的设计和加工技术,其加工精度对传动精度、机床稳定性等有重要影响,因此实现齿轮的精确建模是后续研究的重要保证。Pro/E软件对斜齿轮进行实体建模及数控加工仿真。在中,通过参数化建模的方法,生成齿轮的完整渐开线齿廓,采用特征操作方法生成圆柱斜齿轮的三维实体模型。此种建模方法对其它类似零件的实体建模有重要的借鉴意义。Pro/E进行虚拟仿真加工时,首先根据现实中的加工模型相应地在三维实体模式下建立实体模型,然后在制造模式下规划加工NC序列,进行自动编程,最终在计算机上进行加工过程仿真。同时对每个序列的刀具行走路线进行模拟得到CL数据和NC检测,检验加工过程是否合理,最后进行材料切减,并对CL数据进行后置处理,得到了相应的数控加工代码程序。

SOLID MODELING AND NC MACHINING SIMULATION OF THE HELICAL GEAR
Abstract
The helical gear is a common transmission part, has special design and processing technology, its processing precision has a significant effect on the transmission accuracy and the stability of the machine tool, therefore realizing the precise modeling and NC machining simulation are the important guarantee of a follow-up study.
In this paper, the solid modeling and NC machining simulation of the helical gear is based on Pro/E software. In the three-dimensional solid modeling process of the helical gear, firstly,it generates involute tooth profile by the way of parameterized modeling, and produces integrated features operating methods by the three-dimensional solid model of the involute helical gear. This modeling method has important reference meanings for other (straight tooth and miter gears, etc.) of similar parts solid modeling.In NC machining simulation stage, it uses the virtual simulation process by Pro/E, first of all, in the three-dimensional solid model, it establishes correspondingly solid model according to the reality of processing model, then in manufacturing mode it plans sequences and performs automatic processing NC programming, finally it performs process simulation in computer processing. Meanwhile by simulating the walking routes of tool for each sequence it gets CL and NC detection, checks the data and testing whether processing process is reasonable.Finally, it reduces material, and does postprocessing for the CL data,it can obtain the corresponding numerical control processing code.
