摘 要 随着人们生活水平的提高，灌装饮料由于它的方便、口味多样、便宜日益被人们所接受。从此灌装机便越来越受到商家的青睐。本论文要介绍的就是负压式自动灌装机。 负压式自动灌装机就是在密闭的灌装容器上有一支真空管通至真空泵。在灌装容器上腔施以的低真空气压，容器内的空气经工作头回气管被抽出，此时容器内气压与灌装缸上腔气压相等，液体在负压的作用下对容器进行充填。由于负压的作用，灌装时不会出现液体泄露的现象。 本机器采用的是整体式液箱，箱内有插槽，每个插槽都对应一定的容积，在更换容积时只须将插板插入相应的插槽内，即可实现换液。 传动部分主要由齿轮组成，因为齿轮有传动精度高，使用寿命长的特点，避免了因频繁更换零件而出现工位误差的缺点。 本灌装机的设计可以实现灌液容量的可调。有较高的效率、可靠性和可维修性。 关键词：灌装机；负压式；灌液 全套CAD图纸，联系 153893706 Abstract As the peoples living developed,It is convenient thanks to filling packing the beverage,Persons taste is diversified,Cheaply received by people increasingly 。Thereupon the Filling packing machine simply is more and more graces of business .
