摘 要 本次设计是开采麦地掌煤矿2号煤层，设计图纸共十张，说明书共十章。根据采矿工程的需要和特点，重点设计为第四、六、九章，其他如井底车场、井下运输及提升设备仅做一般的选型计算。 麦地掌煤矿位于山西省清徐县马峪乡程家坪、麦地掌村及古交市邢家社乡陈家社村一带，南距清徐县城约10km，其间有清徐～古交公路相通。清徐县城距太原市约40km,其间有307国道相通。交通尚为方便。 本井田的煤层埋藏较深，一般在500米左右，地势总体西北高、东南低，煤层倾角2-5°。 本井田内有多层煤，但此次设计只考虑2号煤层，2号平均厚度为3.20m。煤层无爆炸性和自燃性。矿井属于高瓦斯矿井，2号煤层瓦斯相对涌出量为14.24m3／t。 本井田划分为3个带区，1个采区。采用立井开拓方式，回采工艺采用后退式、综采一次性采全高机械化采煤法，采用“三八制”作业制度。工作面的设备有双端可调双滚筒采煤机、滑移支架、可弯曲刮板运输机、破碎机、转载机等。顶板管理采用滑移支架，采空区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。 本矿井设计年产量为一百五十万吨，采用一套综采来满足产量的要求。 矿井运输大巷采用皮带运输作为主运输，采用柴油机车作为辅助运输，矿井通风采用轴流式扇风机分区、抽出式通风方式。 关键字：顶板控制；灾害性地质；综采一次采全高 全套图纸，加153893706 Abstract This design is mines the MaiDiZhang coal mine 2 coal beds, design paper altogether seven, the instruction booklet altogether ten chapters. There are several coals inside this area, but this time design consider No.6 coal seam, on the 6th average thickness is 11.08 ms.Each coal seam all have an explosion and the spontaneous combustibility.Mineral well the gas be low to belong to a low gas mineral well and the No.6 coal seam gas is opposite to gush to measure for the 3.52 m3/t.
