These peptides were isolated by a fourstep of protocol including grinding, heating, CM- cellulose cation- exchange chromatography, and Sephadex G - 50 gel filtrationResults:The molecular weights of these peptides were 4kD, 9. 6kD respectivelyConclusion: Musca do mest ica vicina can inhibit the proliferation of stomach cancer cells MGC 0- 3 and BGC- 23, breast cancer cells MCF- 7 and lung cancer cells SPC- A- 1 in vitro.
