Tel: 0373-3373906 AbstractObjective T study the psych s cial characteristics and psych s matic health status f patients with mammary cancer. Methods Life events, character trait, c ping styles, s cial supp rts and psych s cial health status were measured f r 40 patients with mammary cancer and c mpared with 40 health adults using the Clinical Psych l gical Rating Scale ( LES, EPQ, CS, SSQ and SCL-90) . Results In the patient gr up, there were significantly higher sc res in the t tal frequency f life events and stress value bef re illness, frequency f negative life events and stress value, nerv sity sc re and negative c ping styles sc re; there were bvi usly l wer sc res in the t tal sc re f s cial supp rt, sc res f b th bjective and subjective supp rts and supp rt utiliza- ti n; apart fr m h stility and ph bia fact rs, the SCL-90 subscales all bvi usly increased. Conclusions The psych s cial fat rs f patients with mammary cancer have pers nal characteristics, and active psych s cial interventi n measures sh uld be ad pted.
