Ltd; 3Xingdian Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Station,Xinzheng,Henan) Abstract: Effects of clostridium butyricum on performance of breed ducks were investigated. 10-month-old breeding Muscovy ducks (n=840) were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups. Ducks fed basal diet were the control group, and ducks fed experimental diet (basal diet supplemented with 0.2% probiotics) were the experimental group. The experiment was terminated after 34 days. The average laying rate of ducks in experimental group was 85.847%, and was significantly higher (P0.05) than that of control group by 4.906%. The fertilization rate of experimental group was 100.00%, and was extremely significantly (P0.01) higher than that of control group by 28.58%. As for the other egg qualities, no differences were observed between the 2 treatment groups(P0.05). The results suggest that clostridium butyricum can increase the laying rate and fertilization rate of breed ducks effectively. Key Word: Clostridium butyricum; Breed ducks; Laying rate; Fertilization rate. 酪酸菌(Clostridium butyricum)即丁酸梭菌,是1933 年由日本千叶医科大学宫入近治博士首先发现并报告, 因此又名宫入菌。( 2004) 在双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌和粪链球菌的培养基中加入1/3 比例的酪酸菌发酵提取物, 进行室温培养24 h。结果3种菌的活菌含量分别比对照组提高了24.0%、42.57%和6.76%[1], 表明酪酸菌对肠道有益菌具有增殖作用。Taka-ichi Murayamaa等(1995)用酪酸菌饲喂无菌鼠试验,酪酸菌可以刺激小肠粘膜免疫活性,使IgA增多[]。等(200) )报道[3]。王保正(2007)报道在日粮中加入0.2%的, 促进猪的健康生长, 提高增重率和饲料转化率, 降低料重比[4]。但对种鸭生产性能影响的报道目前还比较少,而对种鸭蛋受
