2 0 14 年 3 月 第 4 卷 第 6 期 ·综    述· 骨肉瘤治疗进展 杨英年 广西壮族 自治区玉林市骨科医院，广西玉林 537000 [摘要] 骨 肉瘤是临床最常见 的骨恶性肿瘤 。骨 肉瘤病理确诊后需要 即刻进行放化治疗 ，截肢手术则作为传 统切除肿瘤组织 的重要方法 ，该方式对病情起到了较好 的控制效果 ，但对患者 的身心伤害较大 ，严重影响术 后生存质量 。随着骨 肉瘤发病机制 的深入研究 ，针对该病 的治疗也取得 了较大 的进展 ，保肢治疗成为 当前 主要治疗方式 ，具体方法包括手术联合化疗 、分子靶 向治疗 、免疫治疗和基 因治疗等 ，上述方案改善 了部分 骨 肉瘤 的治疗效果 ，减少术后痛苦 ，提高术后生存率 ，具有广泛 的应用前景 。本文对近 10 年有关该病 的治 疗进展进行 了总结 ，现将其综述如下 。 [关键词] 骨肉瘤；截肢手术；保肢治疗；临床进展 [中图分类号] R738.1      [文献标识码] A      [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）06-49-04 Advances in the treatment of osteosarcoma YANG  Yingnian Osteological Hospital of Yulin City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yulin 537000, China [Abstract] Osteosarcoma is the most common clinical bone malignant tumor.After the pathological diagnosis of osteosarcoma, it is requiremnt for patients to receive chemoradiotherapy treatment. Amputation is a traditional method to remove the tumor tissue, which can play a good control effect for the state of an illness, but do harm to physical and psychological to seriously affect the quality of life after surgery. With the in-depth study of the mechanism of osteosarcoma, the treatment of osteosarcoma has made great progress. Limb salvage surgery is currently the main treatment of the disease, including surgery combined with chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy and so on . The programs will improve efficacy of some patients with osteosarcoma, whch reduce postoperative pain and improve survival rates, with a wide range of applications. In this paper, the progress of the past 10 years about the treatment of osteosarcoma are summarized. Now they all were reviewed as follows.
