吉林医学2011年4月第32卷第12期 . 2303 . 进展性缺血性卒中与同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性研究 巫碧佳，王 鹏，卢颖瑜，区腾飞，李永鸿 （广东省佛山市第二人民医院神经内科，广东 佛山 528000 ） [摘 目要]的：研究进展性缺血性卒中与同型半胱氨酸 （Hcy ）水平的相关性。方法：收治的缺血性卒中患者在病情开始第1天、第 2天、第3天早晨采空腹血测定Hcy及每天按NIHSS评分标准评估，选取早期进展性卒中患者40例入组进展组，同期非进展性脑卒中患者 P 40例作为对照组。结果：进展组Hcy水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 （＜0.05 ）；进展组病情进展的第1天、第2天、第3天患 P 者Hcy水平差异无统计学意义 （＞0.05 ）。结论：进展性脑卒中的发生、进展与高同型半胱氨酸水平具有相关性，但同型半胱氨酸水 平并不能作为评估卒中进展程度及神经功能缺损恶化程度的依据。 [关键词]卒中；进展性缺血性卒中；进展；同型半胱氨酸 Clinical study on the relationship between progressive ischemic stroke and the level of homocysteine WU Bi-jia,WANG Peng,LU Ying-yu,et al(Department of Neurology,The secend people’s hospital of Foshan,Guangdong Foshan 528000) Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation ship b etween the development of progressive ischemic stroke and the serum homocysteine(Hcy).Methods The serum Hcy were measured in patients with ischemic stroke by the first,the second and the third day morning from onset,as well as National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were evaluated.The ischemic stroke patients were divided into progressive stroke group n=40 and non-progressive stroke group(control group)n=40.Results The concentration of Hcy in progressive stroke group was higher than that of control group.The difference was significant(P ＜0.05).And the concentration of Hcy which were measured by the first,the second and the third day morning from onset in progressive stroke group was not significant(P ＞0.05).Conclusion The progressive ischemic stroke are related to the level of serum Hcy,but the level of serum Hcy can not be use to evaluate the degree of progress and neurological functional deficit scale in progressive ischemic stroke.
