论职业素质取向的中职语文教学改革 研 究 生:陈新萍 导 学 学 师:范先钢副教授 位:硕士 校:广西师范大学 学科专业:学科教学?语文 研究方向:语文教学 年 级:2004 级 中文摘要 本文从“职业素质是现代企事业单位甄选聘用人才的重要标准”的基本观点出发,首 先通过分析职业素质的内涵、中职毕业生应具备的职业素质与现实缺失、中职语文教学在 职业素质形成与发展中的作用等来说明中职语文教学对中职学生职业素质养成的重要性; 其次从“生源不稳,素质偏低”、“认识片面,教学双失”、“定位不准,目的模糊”、“充电 困难,能力有限”、“改革滞后,质量不高”五个方面分析指出现行中职语文教学存在的不 符合职业素质取向的问题,强调改革中职语文教学的必要性;再次从“教学对象的正确认 识”、“教学目标的准确定位”、“教学内容的重新组编”、“教师能力素质的提升”、“学生主 体意识的养成”、“良好环境氛围的营造”五个方面分析说明要实施职业素质取向的中职语 文教学改革必须具备的基本条件;最后以教学必须与学生实际相结合、与专业相结合、与 学生职业发展相结合为原则,从识字教学、阅读教学、写作训练、口语训练、课外活动、 考评方式六个方面提出改革中职语文教学的基本措施,从而实施中职语文教学改革,提高 中职语文教学的效果与质量,最终为国家和社会培养更多具有较高职业素质的技能型人才 或劳动者。 关键词: 职业素质;中职学校; 语文教学; 教学改革 I The Views on the Tendency of Vocational Quality of Chinese Teaching Innovation in Vocational School Postgraduate: Chen Xinping Utter: Vice-professor Fan Xian gang Major: Courses and Teaching Theories Studying Orientation: Chinese Teaching Grade: 2004 Abstract The essay starts with the basic view that vocational quality is very important for modern enterprises and institutions to choose and hire the talents. Firstly, By analyzing the connation of vocational quality, the vocational quality that the graduates of vocational school should have and the puzzled reality, Chinese Teaching in vocational school plays an very important role in fostering and developing vocational quality, which tells that Chinese Teaching is very important to foster vocational quality. Secondly, “Unsteady resource of students, poorer quality”, “one-sided knowledge, double-lost teaching”, “Not exact position, vague purpose” , “Hard to keep on learning, incapability”, “Slow innovation, not high quality”. These five aspects show that the current Chinese Teaching in vocational school is not fit for the tendency of vocational quality and emphasize the necessity of teaching innovation.
