基于生命周期理论及中小企业组织结构创新研究-毕业论文.doc

沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 摘  要 企业的成长存在着生命周期，它的成长过程经历具有不同特点和危机的若干 发展阶段，这就要求企业必须在不同的方面实施变革使其与之相适应，其中组织 结构形式的变革便是其中一项最重要的内容。中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组 成部分，对于解决就业、提供税收、促进国民经济的发展起着至关重要的作用， 中小企业的组织结构合理性问题是一项重要的课题。本文研究的目的就是为处于 不同生命周期阶段的中小企业找出与之发展特点相适应的组织结构形式，针对企 业具体情况进行组织结构的变革，使企业能够运用相对较优的组织结构形式来保 证企业的可持续发展。 本文首先介绍的是企业组织结构相关理论和生命周期理论，对中小企业进行 了界定，介绍了企业组织结构的类型及特点，并构建了组织结构的评价指标体系， 介绍了模糊综合评价模型，就不同学者对生命周期理论的不同见解做了系统的介 绍。其次，阐述了中小企业组织结构创新现状，并简单的介绍了企业组织结构创 新的两种方式。再次，在前述的理论基础上建立了中小企业生命周期模型，并论 述了中小企业在生命周期各阶段的特征，针对不同的指标对各阶段进行比较并对 企业组织结构各类型进行对比，分别论述了在孕育期、初创期、成长期、成熟期、 衰退期所要进行的组织结构创新。最后，在案例分析部分，针对东大日化的现状 就其组织结构进行评价，指出其存在的问题并且提出其优化方案，为本企业及其 他企业如何进行组织结构创新提供借鉴意义。 关键词：中小企业；组织结构；生命周期；创新 沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract The enterprises has life cycle, the development of life cycle experiences growth process with different growing characteristics and the crisis in different developing stages, which requires company to implement innovation in different ways corresponding to it, in which, the innovation of organizational structure is the most important part. Small and Medium-Sized enterprises are the important part of Chinese national economy, it plays an important part in solving the employment, providing tax and promoting the development of national economy. The rationality of organizational structure of SMEs is an important issue. The prupose of this study is to find out the Small Middle-Sized tenterprises at different stages of life cycle the organizational structure that suits for its developing characteristics, and take the reform according to the specific situation, which enables enterprises to better use the organizational structure to achieve sustainable development.
