JDY500搅拌机搅拌装置及液压系统设计 摘要 JDY500型单卧轴式强制式搅拌机是随着混凝土施工工艺的改进而发展起来的新型机。 强制式单卧轴搅拌机兼有自落式和强制式两种机型的特点，即搅拌质量好、生产效率高耗能低，不仅能搅拌干硬性、塑性或低流动性混凝土，还可以搅拌轻骨料混凝土、砂浆或硅酸盐等物料。 单卧轴式混凝土搅拌机搅拌筒内主要由一根搅拌轴，耐磨板和在搅拌轴的轴向上安装的两组搅拌叶片组成。每组叶片各自成为一个单元，而且每相邻的搅拌叶片都相互错开一定的角度，从而使拌合料在搅拌筒内轮番地得到搅拌。一方面将搅拌筒底部和中间的拌和料向上翻滚，一方面又将拌和料沿轴线分别向前后推压，从而使拌合料得到快速、均匀的搅拌。 单卧轴式混凝土搅拌机主要由搅拌装置、搅拌传动系统、上料系统、卸料系统、电气控制系统和供水系统组成。传动系统分为搅拌传动和液压传动两部分。其中搅拌传动是电动机输出扭矩经过皮带传动，然后再经过二级齿轮减速器和联轴器传到搅拌轴上，搅拌轴地旋转实现混凝土的搅拌。液压传动是利用液压系统实现搅拌机的上料和卸料，从而达到降低操作工人的劳动强度。 关键词：混凝土搅拌机；搅拌装置；搅拌轴；液压系统 Abstract With the improvement and construction technology to develop a new type of aircraft.
