第十七届全国暖通空调制冷学术年会 07-001固面辐射集热结构因素变动性实验研究( 刘研1、2,高青1、2 ,黄勇2 (1.吉林大学汽车动态模拟国家重点实验室;2.吉林大学热能工程系 长春 130025 中国) 摘要:针对道桥路面固体结构太阳能集热过程的主要影响因素开展实验研究,建立了室内热辐射集热模拟实验系统,探索诸如埋管管间距、表面状况、埋管布置形式等众多客观因素的影响和作用。在恒定辐射强度和单峰动态辐射强度实验中,重点研究了各独立客观因素对单位面积集热量、集热效率的影响特性。研究表明,不同表面状况集热能力和集热效率相差很大,吸收率较大且表面层较薄的表面状况更利于集热。实验还表明,随着埋管管间距的增大,由于埋管管长变短,单位面积集热量和集热效率均减小;而且不同埋管布置形式对集热能力影响较大,集热表面温度越均匀且散热损失越小的埋管布置形式集热效果越好。结果表明,埋管管间距、表面状况、埋管布置形式是影响集热能力的重要参数,其影响特性和变化特征对于道桥路面固体结构太阳能集热系统的设计具有重要意义。 关键词:能源与动力工程,太阳能利用,集热系统,影响因素,集热能力 Experimental Investigarition for Changing Characteristics of Structure Factors Based on the Heat Collection on the Road and Bridge from Thermal Radiation Abstract: For road solar collection, main influencing factors on solar collection was studied. Experiment system of thermal radiation was established and used to study influence and function of objective factors, such as spacing of buried pipe, state of collection surface, form of buried pipe, etc. In the constant and unimodal dynamic radiation intensity experiments, collecting heat quantity per unit area, temperature difference per flow pipe length, collecting heat efficiency, were mainly studied. The result shows that heat collecting ability and heat collecting efficiencty is very differenct on differenct surface state. Bigger absorptance and thinner surface is more helpful for heat collection. The results also shows that with the increasing of spacing of buried pipe, the length of buried pipe becomes shorter, thus collecting heat quantity per unit area and collecting heat efficiency both decrease. Furthermoer, different form of buried pipe has stronge impact on heat collecting ability. When the temperature of collecing surface is more uniform and heat loss is smaller, the heat collecting ability is better.The results show that spacing of buried pipe, state of surface, form of buried pipe are very important parameters.
