刀具刃磨机毕业设计 d （e） 指导教师：e 【摘要】 本文首先对刀具刃磨机的在机械领域的重要性、国内外发展状况及研究意义做了介绍；然后根据刃磨机床的性能要求提出总体设计方案，并对方案进行比较，最终确定了机床的最优设计方案。本文在第三章简单的介绍刀具刃磨机的参数和床身结构；第四章对机床磨头部分的设计进行了计算， 其中包括工具磨床砂轮的选择、带轮的设计、磨头升降机构的设计、机床主轴的设计、轴承和键的校核计算、磨头的使用调整及基座的结构介绍。在磨头部分的设计中，必须满足磨头可以在水平面内360°的回转和铅垂面内进行一定范围的左右转动； 第五章对机床工作台进行了设计， 其中包括导轨的设计、齿轮齿条传动、行星轮传动的设计和工作台面的设计。在工作台部分的设计中，必须满足工作台的纵向移动和水平回转运动， 工作台的纵向慢速移动采用行星减速机构。 【关键词】刀具刃磨机床； 磨头； 工作台 【Abstract】 Firstly, this paper introduces that the cutter sharpener is howimportant in the machine field ,the development of the cutter sharpenerin the world, and the meaning of research ; and then put forward tocollectivity design project on the base of performance of the cuttersharpener ’s request, further more compare to each other , finally makecertain the best project.In the third chapter this paper simplely introduces the parameterand the lathe bed configuration of the cutter sharpener. In the fourth chapter this text design the wheel head which includes the choice of the grinding wheel, the design of the strap wheel, the design of the rise and drop cutter sharpener, the design of principal axis, the check of bearing and key , the regulate of wheel head and the introduce of the basic seat configuration. In the design of wheel head , it is necessary to satisfy to wheel head’s turning over in the horizontal plane and perpendicular noodles in certain scope . In the fifth chapter this paper introduces the design of the working table which includes the design of the guide , the drive of the gear and rack, the drive of the planet gear, the design of the worktable surface. In the design of the working table, it is necessary to satisfy to the working table’s longitudinal movement and revolving movement.
