某城市污水处理厂设计 摘 要 本设计污水来源是该城市中的工矿企业、居民的日常生活污水以及回流到污水管道中的市区日常的喷洒及绿化等地表水。设计水量为50000m3/d，其中40000m3/d污水经过处理后直接外排进入当地IV类地表水体，另外二级出水中有10000m3/d用于中水回用，回用水的用途主要是冲厕、喷洒道路和绿化等。 设计原水水质为COD 450 mg/l，BOD5 200 mg/l，SS 200 mg/l，TN 40mg/l，TP 3 mg/l，出水水质达到国标GB18918-2002城镇污水处理厂一级A排放标准，即：COD 50 mg/l，BOD5 10 mg/l，SS 10 mg/l，TN 15mg/l，TP 0.5 mg/l，回用水水质标准参照生活杂用水水质标准 CJ 25.1-89，COD 50 mg/l，BOD5 10 mg/l，SS 5 mg/l，NH3-N 10mg/l，总大肠杆菌数3个/l。 本设计中，在二级生化处理部分采用工艺，其中的构筑物有格栅、曝气沉砂池、沉淀池、曝气池、接触池等。该系统可进行硝化，反硝化反应，从而达到生物脱氮的功能，在系统前端设有厌氧池，可达到除磷的目的。该系统具有高效，节能的特点，且耐冲击负荷高，出水水质好。在中水处理部分采用絮凝池+斜管沉淀池工艺，构筑物有絮凝池、斜管沉淀池、接触池等。该系统可以完成处理水质要求。 关键词：污水处理厂设计；中水回用；污泥处理 One urban sewage treatment plant designs Abstract This design sewage origin is in this city industry and mining enterprise, inhabitants daily life sewage as well as the backflow to surface waters and so on in sewage conduit urban district daily spraying and afforestation.
