Qualifications: Authorisation from the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China to research and develop the national performance standards for the energy-consuming products; Demonstrable experience of developing national standards for lighting products; Demonstrable experience of researching international standards for similar products to inform the development process; Links to IEC or other international standards based organisations is preferred. Main Tasks: Undertake research necessary to identify the current performance levels of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps; Undertake engineering and economical analysis to define the appropriate mandatory minimum performance index for self-ballasted fluorescent lamps; Organize standard development group meetings to comment the standard for discussion, consultation and examination; Organize 2-3 workshops to solicit opinions from the experts and manufactures of lighting products; Convene and manage an expert steering committee to complete the draft standard for approval and the related technical supporting reports; Submit the standard to the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China, and follow up to the works related to the approval and publication; Provide project implementation plan, project task breakdown sheet, schedule, budget breakdown table, self-monitoring plan; Project quarterly report, annual report, interim report and final report both in C
