In measuring in real time and autom atically controlled one-chip computer application system, the one-chip computer often uses as a key part, only one-chip computer respect knowledge is not enough, shoulalso follow the structure of the concrete ardware , and direct against and use the software of targets characteristic to combine concretly, perfect . The appearance of the traffic signal lamp , make the traffic be controlled effectively, for dredging the flow of traffic, improving the traffic capacity of the road, there are obvious results to reduce the traffic accident. As China joins WTO, we will not only be in economy ,culture ,sciencandtechnology ,etc. should be in line with international standards too in traffic control. As the saying goes want rich , repair the roads first , but way build up if cont rol do road well to be unable to ensure the unblocked security in traffic. The traffic signal lamp of the important composition component controlled as the traffic should be suitable for the social actual conditions too. So, I choose to make the crossroad.
