毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 论大杨创世股份有限公司筹资管理 学 院： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 会计学 学生姓名： 指导教师： 2013年5月14日 摘 要 企业的生存与发展皆以筹集足够的资金并灵活的运用这些资金为前提，筹资是整个资金运动的前提。筹资管理的目的在于满足设立企业的需要，满足生产经营的需要,满足资金结构调整的需要,谋求企业发展壮大的需要，从而提高企业的经济效益.若筹资管结构不合理，达不到预期效益那么会有影响到企业获利水平和偿债能力的风险。企业筹资方式、筹资规模不当也会给企业带来很大的筹资风险，降低企业效益。所以在企业发展的不同时期，应考虑筹资的用途，筹资风险等因素，选择适用的筹资方式，确定合理的筹资规模和资本结构，加强企业筹资管理，降低筹资风险，以提高资本运作效益，实现企业价值最大化。 本文提出大杨创世在筹资管理中存在的问题，分多方面进行详细的介绍。一是筹资结构不合理，偏好股权筹资,另外主要是负债期限不合理偿债压力大及筹资成本偏高等问题。进而对大杨创世筹资管理存在的问题提出相应的对策，如多元化筹资，优化企业的资金管理减少企业的筹资风险，降低筹资成本等方面。以完善企业的筹资管理推动大杨创世的正常发展。 关键词：筹资管理；筹资风险；大杨创世 Abstract The survival and development of all enterprises to raise sufficient funds and flexible use of these funds as the premise, financing is the premise of capital movement. The aim is to meet the need of financing management, the establishment of enterprises to meet the needs of production and operation, to meet the needs of capital structure adjustment, seek to the development and expansion of enterprises, thereby improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, if not up to the expected benefits, it will influence to the enterprise profit level and solvency risk. Mode, enterprise financing financing scale properly will bring great financial risk, reduce the benefits of enterprises. So in the different stages of enterprise development, to consider the use of financing, financing risk factors, select the appropriate mode of financing, financing scale and to determine the reasonable capital structure, strengthen the enterprise financing management, reduce the financing risks, in order to improve the capital operation efficiency, realize the enterprise value maximization.
