课题成果 KET ICHENGGUO 我国学校军训与学校体育发展现状研究 R esearch on D evelopm ent Condition of SchoolM ilitary Training and Physical Education in China 1 1 2 1 1 , , , , 1 1 2 1 1 JIANG De- long, TANG Guo- p ing , LIT ing- ting, WU H ong- ying , LI Jian : 采用文献资料法逻辑思辨法访谈法, 从系统观出发, 对我国学校军训与学校体育发展现 进行 了研究认为: 1. )我国学校军训与学校体育的发展与外部环境关系是: 随着环境和谐度的增长, 学校军训 力度减小, 而学校体育的力度增大环境和谐度减小, 则反之2. )我国学校军训与学校体育发展的内部 环境: 一是管理机构的微观系统(校内)存在互补性缺陷, 二是课程改革效果有待加强, 三是教师身份认识 模糊; 这些内部环境问题(还有指导思想), 实际是他们的关系没有理顺, 没有明白何者是第一位, 何者是第 二位 : 中国; 学校军训; 学校体育 Abstract: Through using the m ethod of literature review, logical analysis, interview and view of system, this pa- perm ade analysis on developm ent cond ition of schoolm ilitary training and physical education in China. The result show s that 1) Relation of our schoolm ilitary train ing and school physical education developm ent external environ- m ent is as follow: along w ith the environment harm onys grow th, schoolm ilitary train ing dynam ics reduction, but school physical education dynam ics increasing. 2) Our schoolm ilitary training and school phys ical education de- velopm en t internal environment is as follow: First, managem ent structuresm icroscopic system ( in school) has the comp lement flaw; second, the curricu lum reform effect still need to be strengthened; third, teachers status lack of clear understanding. These internal environm ent problem ( also the gu iding principle), are actually their relations that have not straightened out, and has not understood that wh ich one is first, wh ich one is second.
