郑州轻院轻工职业学院 专科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 塑料注射模具（灯罩） 学生姓名 郭勇 专业班级 11模具1班 学 号 系 别 轻化工程系 指导教师(职称) 张改清 完成时间 20 14 年 02 月 25 日 塑料注射模具（灯罩） 摘 要 模具的主要类型有塑料模、冲压模和压铸模等，其中塑料模约占模具总量的30%。在塑料模具中，注射模具是发展较快、应用较广的模具类型之一，在塑料制品的生产中起着关键作用。塑料制品的生产与更新都是以模具的制造和更新为前提的，注射模具设计的质量直接影响着塑件质量、生产效率、模具的使用寿命以及生产加工成本，必须充分重视模具的设计和制造。注射成型法是塑料制品生产中应用广泛、发展较快的方法，利用注射成型的方法生产塑料制品的关键问题是成型工艺条件的选择与模具结构的设计。因此，研究注射模具及成型工艺对了解塑料制品的生产过程和提高制品质量具有重要的意义。本课题研究台灯罩注射模具的设计及其成型，主要的研究内容包括拟定塑件的成型工艺，正确选用成型设备，合理设计模具结构，绘制模具装配图及工作零件图，运用Pro/ENGINEER辅助模具设计。通过本课题的设计实践，有助于树立正确的设计思想，逐步增强创新意识和竞争意识，基本掌握塑料模具设计的一般规律，培养分析问题和解决问题的能力。 关键词 注射，工艺，PP塑料 Injection mould for plastic (shade) ABSTRACT The main types of mold plastic mold, stamping mold and die casting mold, the plastic mold accounted for about 30% of the total die.
