摘　要： 本设计的内容为380V的车间配电，设计中包括动力配电和车间照明的设计以及弱电系统。动力配电的设计中主要包括负荷电流的计算、电气设备的选择及校验、二次接线、继电保护、导线的选择及校验和平面布置图等几个方面的内容，并且对系统短路和继电保护整定进行了计算。照明设计中主要包括照度的确定、灯具的选择、负荷电流的计算、电气设备的选择、继电保护整定计算和平面布置图等几个方面的内容。 配电方案采用车间电源由厂变电站用YJV型三相四芯橡胶绝缘电力电缆埋地引至车间配电室，通过配电屏及配电箱供给车间的动力、照明及弱电系统的电力分配。主接线采用单母线放射式接线方案。根据设计中提供的负荷进行负荷电流的计算，对电动机进行额定电流估算，以选择电力电缆、车间母线、电气设备、继电保护装置、馈出线路的导线，保证母线和用电设备的安全可靠的运行。继电保护装置的选择是动力配电的主要部分，设计中设置了电流速断保护、欠电压保护、过电压保护，失电压保护及过载保护，这样能够保证在过负荷或短路时，将故障迅速切除，为了提高供电的可靠性，采用了单台设备独立保护的方法，尽量将故障范围缩为最小。平面布置图展示了整个车间的动力，照明及弱电系统的设备和线路的分布。 关键字：配电；车间配电；配电装置；继电保护 Abstract： The substance of this design is 380V’s low voltage shop PDU.　The content of design include power distribution, illuminate distribution and weak electricity system.
