基于JSP的职工人事管理系统 系 别：计算机与电子系 专 业 班：计算机科学与技术0701班 姓 名：刘慧芬 学 号：20071183008 指导教师：鲁力 2011年5月 基于 JSP 的职工人事管理系统 The Staff Personnel Management System Based on JSP 摘 要 随着计算机的普及和计算机科学技术的飞速发展，人们开始越来越多地利用计算机解决实际问题。人员信息管理是企业信息管理的重要部分，面对大量的人事信息，采用人力处理即浪费时间、又浪费人力和物力，并且数据的准确性低。因此，开发一个界面友好，易于操作的基于B/S架构的企业人事管理系统软件进行自动化处理变得十分重要，这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。本系统借助自动化系统，实现集团化、专业化、信息化的规模经营，实现集中管理，使业务周期缩短、成本降低、提高核心竞争力。 本文所阐述的基于B/S架构的企业人事管理系统，以浏览器/服务器模式高效地实现了人事管理系统的各项功能，可进行多条件查询、更新、密码设置、工资和奖金的统计发放等功能。提升了企业的效率和竞争力，满足了现代企业管理的需要。 JSP继承了所有Java语言的特点，而且发展前景十分的广阔，因此本项目JSP语言作为根本在数据库方面使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005。 人事管理系统JSP Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Abstract With the popularity of computer science and computer technology, rapid development, more and more people began to use computers to solve practical problems.
