毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙商证券有限责任公司员工技能培训现状与对策研究 摘 要 证券产业在推动国民经济持续发展、促进居民合理投资等方面发挥着重要的作用。但是证券公司员工整体素质偏低的现状制约了公司的长远发展。海宁虽然是浙江沿海证券产业较为完善的城市，但也存在类似的问题。员工技能培训作为证券公司获得人力资源可持续发展的有效手段，直接影响员工绩效与证券公司的竞争能力。通过培训，可以提高员工的归属感，为公司增加储备人才，提高公司的核心竞争力。 本文首先阐述研究的问题及相关意义。接着，介绍国内外证券公司员工技能培训的现状。然后，通过对浙商证券海宁营业部的问卷调查来进行研究和分析，运用SPSS统计软件对相关数据进行分析，进一步了解浙商证券海宁营业部员工培训现状。最后，就相关研究结果提出若干可行的对策建议。 关键词：；； Abstract Securities industry plays an important role in promoting sustainable development of the national economy and reasonable investment for the residents etc. However, the low overall quality of the securities company employee status has become the bottleneck of the company’s long-term development. Although Haining, Zhejiang coastal city has a perfect securities industry, also has the similar problem. Skills training an a securities company employee access to human resources is a effective means of sustainable development, has a direct impact on employee performance and the competitiveness of securities companise.Through training it could improve staff’s sense of belonging, increase the talent pool for the company to improve the company’s core competitiveness. The paper first expounds the research question and related significance. Then, introduced the domestic and foreign securities company staff skill training of the status quo. Then, based on Zheshang securities Haining sales of questionnaire survey to study and analysis, using SPSS the relative data analysis, further understood Zheshang securities Haining sales staff training situation. Finally, the related research results put forward some feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.
